Neurofeedback for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Obsessive Thinking

If you suffer from OCD or a similar obsessive thinking disorder, you will know that your brain is caught in a cycle of behavior that is almost impossible to break.

You may have found that conventional therapy, and/or medication has not worked for you, or has given you side effects you’d rather not have to experience. Neurofeedback may help and ease feelings of depression and anxiety linked to your disorder. Neurofeedback may help to get you unstuck.

How will Neurofeedback help me break my habits?

Like a scratched CD that can get stuck, your brain can also become trapped in a repeated pattern of behavior. What neurofeedback can do is break this cycle through training, allowing your thoughts and behavior to return to a state of self regulation.

There has been success in treating OCD patients with neurofeedback therapy.

Once you have trained at our Center, you may find that without any conscious effort, your mind is quieter and more relaxed for longer periods of time. Studies have shown that this effect, once learned, can be long lasting.
