Henry J. Srednicki is a licensed Psychologist and holds a Ph.D. from Fordham University. He is currently Director of Upper Montclair Psychological Associates in Upper Montclair, NJ where he specializes in the treatment of children, adolescents and adults with ADHD, OCD and Trichotillomania.
Dr. Srednicki is a Certified School Psychologist and Licensed Psychologist in New Jersey and New York. He has been a public school principal for over 25 years and has immense experience in the area of Assessment, Learning Disabilities and Cognitive Remediation.
Dr. Srednicki has also trained at the Albert Ellis Institute for Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in New York City. Dr. Srednicki is a graduate of the Behavior Therapy Training Institute, the country’s foremost OCD training program sponsored by the International OCD Foundation. He has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1990.
Dr. Srednicki specializes in obsessive compulsive disorders and those recovering from trauma. Patients are treated with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Neurofeedback in order to self-regulate their brain. Dr. Srednicki is Board Certified in Neurofeedback and also an expert in Virtual Reality Therapy and Biofeedback, He is the founder of Upper Montclair Psychological Associates LLC, The Center for Neurofeedback, and Co-Founder of Full Heart Recovery Center, LLC. Dr. Srednicki has also published over thirty articles on various topics in psychology.
